We want you to get your goodies fast, free (whenever possible) and safely. All Welsbro shipments include a tracking number and require signature upon delivery. Shipments are fully covered by third party insurance to protect against damage, theft, or loss. Please note: any import duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. The declared value of the shipment will reflect the final sale price of the item(s).
Warranty
Each Welsbro watch is protected under a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers any repairs or servicing for mechanical failures not caused by the wearer. Beyond that, we are happy to provide repair and servicing work for all our Welsbro customers at a discounted rate. Contact us at info@welsbro.com to begin.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your Welsbro. Once your items are delivered, you have 14 days to return any unworn items. Contact us at info@welsbro.com to begin. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
